EL cartridge is made of high-purity PP resin and cleaned by ultra-pure water to effectively control the problem of ion leaching. At the same time, the polypropylene material itself has a wide range of chemical compatibility and can be used in most acid-base & alkaline-base solutions.

- Recommend to replace D.P.: 2.1 bar @21℃(30.5 psid @ 70F)
Typical Application
- Precision filtration of various chemicals such as etching liquid, stripping liquid, thinner,etc.
- Pure water rinse after stripping, etching, and development
