The Gasket Filter is a compact, all-metal filter that fits standard 1/4 ″ , 3/8 ″ and 1/2 ″ VCR gaskets in gas distribution systems. The Gasket Filter can be used to protect sensitive gas components, such as mass flow controllers or valves, from particulate damage in applications up to 400°C, prolonging their service life and preventing leakage due to damage to sealing valves. Gasketed filters are an economical safeguard against contamination that can adversely affect critical components.
