Part of our Magnetic Separation Series, FerroClean®I is totally designed and manufactured in-house and features an automatic magnetic separation system which can continually filter, backwash and expel impurities, especially of ferromagnetic-type; even from various fluids and slurry which have vast amounts of ferromagnetic impurities.

• Large flow processing capacity suitable for filtering impurities with high percentage of impurities
• Automatic filtering and separating magnetic particles
• Automatic flushing off to ensure removal of all impurities
• Automatic exhausting and liquid level control system
• Supporting on-line continuous work
• Supporting on-site adjustment of control parameters
• Smooth operation by accurate hydraulic system control
• Audible and visual alarm system preventing accident risk caused by misoperation

FerroClean® magnetic separation system was recognized as a Shanghai Level-A High and New Technological Achievement Commercialization Program.
