Manufacturing Equipment
Feature-Tec has two manufacturing bases in Wuxi and Shanghai, equipped with advanced testing instruments and all kinds of high-precision equipment, to help customers develop, design and test and verify filtration solutions, with strong manufacturing capabilities and the ability to deliver into a skid system. Can produce high alloy (including nickel, titanium, zirconium, tantalum, niobium, molybdenum) and other special equipment.
Production Site
Feature-Tec Wuxi site produces large-scale separation equipment and pressure vessels. Shanghai site produces all kinds of accessories and consumables. It is a ISO9001 and ISO14001 ISO45001 certification enterprise. It has passed ASME, NBBI, GB-150 and other foreign certification and China's pressure vessel manufacturing/design license.
Quality Control
Feature-Tec's quality assurance system has always been maintained in the industry. We strictly follow the operating requirements of the IS09001 quality system and adopt standardized management in product design, procurement, construction and other links. At the same time, Feature-Tec has built a strict and complete data traceability system, which can query all production links according to the product code to help customers obtain always high-quality products.
