Differential Pressure Gauge

Differential pressure is an important variable used to indicate element (filter bag/cartridge) change-out. As there is pressure loss across the filter element, users can monitor the working condition of the filtration equipment by measuring the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the equipment from the installed differential pressure gauge.
As impurities accumulate in the element, differential pressure gradually increases over time. Users are advised to replace elements at the recommended change-out differential pressure so as to prevent cartridge deformation or bag bursting,affecting downstream processes.
Single Diaphragm Type Differential Pressure Gauge:
Diaphragm type differential pressure gauges are suitable for corrosive and/or gaseous media. these gauges are used to check differential pressure of gases & liquids with low viscosity and does not crystallize.
Magnetic Differential Pressure Gauge:
Magnetic differential pressure gauges are designed to measure the difference in pressure between two points (high & low) in a system where static pressure is very high.
