The three-dimensional interwoven structure within the filter media effectively removes particles, cell debris, and other insoluble impurities, providing the first line of defense for efficient liquid clarification.
The uniformly distributed charges can effectively remove residual DNA and host cell proteins (HCP) and other soluble impurities, providing a second line of defense for efficient liquid clarification.

- Conductivity: After steam sterilization (121°C for 60 minutes, once): Single Layer: Conductivity <20 μS/cm after rinsing with 50 L/m² of purified water. Double Layer: Conductivity <20 μS/cm after rinsing with 100 L/m² of purified water.
- TOC: After steam sterilization (121°C for 60 minutes, once): Single Layer: TOC <5ppm after rinsing with 50 L/m² of purified water. Double Layer: TOC <5ppm after rinsing with 100 L/m² of purified water.
- Non-volatile extractable mass: After soaking in DI water for 24 hours, the non-volatile extractable mass for the small-scale test is measured to be between 630 and 1251 mg/m².
