Wound Filter Cartridge CWHF Series

The CWHF wound filter cartridge tightly wraps fluffy fiberglass onto a porous core. By controlling the winding density and pore shape, various filtration accuracies are achieved. The unique core design ensures filter rigidity, and the fiberglass yarns are processed with a special expansion technique, providing extremely low resistance and greatly increasing the filter’s contaminant-holding capacity, thereby extending its service life.

Product Features
- Special forming process for good fluffiness, high porosity, high flow rate, and excellent contaminant-holding capacity.
- For liquid applications, initial pressure drop is several times lower than that of traditional fiberglass filters, and service life is 2-3 times longer than ordinary fiberglass wound filters.
- Fiberglass material exhibits excellent high-temperature resistance and outstanding chemical compatibility, ensuring product stability.
- No adhesives or surfactants are used, with no extraneous components released, preventing contamination of filtered materials.
- Filtration efficiency of over 90%, effectively removing particulate matter.
- Outer layer can be equipped with a protective cover, making it more user-friendly, enhancing product portability, and improving humanized design.
