High-Precision Wound Filter Cartridge LNF

Manufactured by winding polypropylene filter media with multiple graded filtration ratings, the
LNF cartridge provides higher filtration efficiency than conventional melt-blown cartridges. Its
deep filtration structure offers a significantly larger effective filtration area, resulting in high
dirt-holding capacity and long service life.
Product Features
- The polypropylene media features uniform pore size and higher porosity than conventional melt-blown cartridges, resulting in lower initial pressure drop.
- The multi-layer graded structure enables progressive filtration, achieving a service life 2-3 times longer than standard melt-blown cartridges.
- The fully polypropylene construction ensures excellent chemical compatibility.
- Free of binders and surfactants, ensuring no extractables or leachables are released during operation.
