Filtration of infusion fluids
It is fundamentally similar to the filtration method and filtration device used for injection solutions. Filtering materials such as ceramic filter rods, plate frames, etc., are used for pre-filtration. Micro-porous titanium filter rods or filter discs can also be used as filtering elements.
During filtration, a general filter is first used for preliminary filtration, and a microporous filter membrane with 0.45μm or 0.8μm pore size is used for fine filtration. A three-stage pressure filtration device or a double-layer microporous filter membrane can also be used for filtration. These devices can greatly improve product quality.
