PES Pleated Filter Cartridge uses polypropylene in two different layers of fiber fineness fuse welded together in a multi-pleated fashion. Its filtration area exceeds a typical deep filtration cartridge and it has a higher filtration rate and holding capacity, with a low pressure differential and a long service lifespan. Polypropylene Multiple-fold Element passes the PDA CFR Title 21 and USP XXIII safety test as 100% Polypropylene with a superfine filtration accuracy of 99.9%. It can be used in pre-filtration in water treatment or membrane filtration.
PTFE Pleated Cartridge uses advanced technology of Di-axis to manufacture and features a high filtration porosity of 85% - 95% and evenly-spread pores to offer the benefits of a high flow rate, low pressure differential and a long service lifespan. PTFE has a unique quad-fluorine structure that endows it with excellent chemical resistance capability, specially suited for electronics industry to filter extremely acidic solvents. PTFE Membrane Element uses high filtration efficiency membrane , with alternating layers of tightness and slackness in 3 different layers to effectively lower pressure resistance and increase holding capacity, filtration area and flow rate.
Feature-Tec's PTFE Pleated Membrane Cartridge for Gas are made with a hydrophobic polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) membrane with additional polypropylene support layers and components. PTFE menbrane cartridge is ideal as gas and vent filtration.
Nylon Pleated Filter Cartridge is designed with nylon with good water affinity and can work immediately without the addition of surface active reagents or IPA pre-washing. The cartridges can effectively lower cleaning time and operating costs.
