Taurus series cartridge is all cleaned by ultrapure water, using electronic grade PTFE membrane and high purity PP materials, which have good chemical compatibility and suitable for electronic chemicals.
PEASIC cartridge is made of high-purity PP material and asymmetric polyethersulfone membrane, which has the advantages of high flux and low metal ion extractables. The cartridge is cleaned with high-purity water to avoid the influence of particule matter, TOC, and metal ions during installation and use. Polyethersulfone has natural hydrophilicity and is especially suitable for ultra-high purity deionized water applications.
The NANO is an easy-to-use and cost-effective capsule filter designed for relatively low flow rates. The filter material and connection can be flexibly selected, and are widely used in the microelectronics industry. A variety of membrane and housing solutions are suitable for different process conditions.
Top-installed filters are ideal for integrated gas delivery systems. They are easy to access and replace.
