Sintered metal powder cartridge (SP) is made of micropore metal which is produced by sintering metal and alloy powder. It has advantages of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, even pore diameter distribution, good ventilation property, high mechanical strength, and is also washable, renewable, weldable and machinable.
Feature-Tec’s sintered metal mesh cartridge (SM) uses several layers of metal mesh sintered together to form a porous metal filter. The fine inner mesh provides an accurate filtration within a protective layer, while being supported with a support structure. Different combinations can be used depending on the application of the filter cartridge. A plate mesh sintered filter is typically used for surface filtration, with the solid impurities trapped on the surface of the control layer. This allows the sintered metal mesh cartridge to have a high filtration precision while allowing easy backwashing.
Feature-Tec’s Wedge Mesh Cartridge (RS) uses a wedge filtration mesh, which is welded together with the supporting structure. The high filtration area of the cartridge is achieved from the structural arrangement of the metal wedge mesh, through the spaces between the parallel wedge wires increasing the filtration area. Feature-Tec is able to assure high product standards through our strong production capacity, being able to fabricate a cartridge with dimensions from 21-956mm in diameter and up to 6000mm (6metres) in length. In addition, Feature-Tec is also able to fabricate flat wedge wire screens with dimensions up to 2800x4500mm Features: • Strong welded structure with high mechanical strength • Absolute precision filtration • Up to 25 μm filtration accuracy • Increased filtration area to prevent surface clogging/chocking
PSF Pleated Metal Cartridge uses metal welding technology to pleat the filtration material together, which allows it to withstand high temperatures, pressures, corrosion and is regularly used in environments where such conditions exist. PSF Pleated Metal Cartridge has high filtration efficiency, low pressure resistance and large dirt-holding capacity, and has the unqiue capability of removing gelatinous fluids. PSF Pleated Metallic Cartridge's production is controlled by Feature-Tec's strictest production processes to ensure high performance and a long service lifespan.
