Nylon Pleated Filter Cartridge is designed with nylon with good water affinity and can work immediately without the addition of surface active reagents or IPA pre-washing. The cartridges can effectively lower cleaning time and operating costs.
Polypropylene Pleated Filter Cartridge uses polypropylene in two different layers of fiber fineness fuse welded together in a multi-pleated fashion. Its filtration area exceeds a typical deep filtration cartridge and it has a higher filtration rate and holding capacity, with a low pressure differential and a long service lifespan.
The C2.0 Series coalescing cartridges offer high efficiency and flow from the inside out to remove liquid and solid contaminants. High-performance glass fiber, polyester and polypropylene media are available for different grades of filtration. These pleated, large-surface area filter elements can be customized to meet customer needs and offer different properties such as particle removal efficiency and dirt holding capacity.
LT coalescer cartridges are used in a wide range of liquid/liquid separations in the chemical, flavor and fragrance and biotechnology industries.
