Feature-tec Leads Filtration Technology Innovation, Showcases at 2024 Semiconductor Equipment Annual Conference

The 2024 China Semiconductor Equipment Annual Conference (CSEAC 2024) has garnered significant attention in the industry as the premier global event for semiconductor equipment, bringing together top companies, experts, and technicians worldwide. At this exhibition, Feature-tec focused on presenting various filtration products and solutions developed specifically for the semiconductor manufacturing industry, including electronic ultrapure gas filters, high-purity humidifiers, and silicon-containing wastewater resource recycling equipment. Feature-tec also delivered a presentation titled Exploring and Innovating Filtration and Separation Technologies in the Semiconductor Industry. Experts highlighted that as chip processes continue to shrink, semiconductor manufacturing's cleanliness requirements grow increasingly stringent. Feature-tec’s continuous innovation in high-precision and high-safety semiconductor filters supports customer production safety, enhances efficiency, and reduces production risks.

 

Feature-tec’s electronic ultrapure gas filters also attracted considerable attention. In semiconductor manufacturing, gas purity is critical, as even minute contaminants can impact chip quality or cause product rejection. Feature-tec’s ultrapure gas filters effectively remove particles and harmful impurities, ensuring process gas purity and meeting the stringent industry standards. Its high-purity humidifiers, such as the Mighty series, ensure the purity of humidification liquids, enhancing process stability. These filters apply to wafer cleaning, etching, facility chemicals, and ultrapure water in fabs, further optimizing the safety and controllability of semiconductor processes and minimizing uncertainties in production.

 

Feature-tec also presented its silicon-containing wastewater resource recycling technology, which employs a series of highly efficient processes to filter silicon powder from wastewater and recycle silicon resources, substantially reducing corporate production costs and environmental burden.
