We can produce equipment made from high-alloy and specialty metals, including nickel, titanium, zirconium, tantalum, niobium, and molybdenum.

1. Metal Powder Sintered Membranes
Designed for high-purity electronic gas filtration, available in 316L stainless steel and nickel. Ideal for high-temperature, dynamically pressurized semiconductor gas applications.

- Self-supporting structure with excellent mechanical stability
- Withstands high differential pressure, vibration, and pressure fluctuations

2. Nano-Scale PES Membranes
Feature-Tec’s self-developed PES membranes cover sterilizing, virus-retentive, and ultrafiltration grades, with pore sizes from 10 nm to 4.5 μm.
- Ideal for biopharmaceutical sterilization and virus removal
- Widely used in microelectronics applications such as dilute acids, alkalis, and DI water
- Highly asymmetric pore structure enables high flux, low resistance, and high contaminant loading
- Naturally hydrophilic PES eliminates the need for pre-wetting, reducing changeover time and improving equipment uptime
3. High-Precision PTFE Filtration Membranes
PTFE membranes offer filtration ratings from 10 nm to 10 μm, suitable for both gas and liquid applications.
- Porosity exceeding 80–85%
- Excellent resistance to strong acids, alkalis, and organic solvents
- Ideal for wet electronic chemicals, cleaning and etching processes, and highly corrosive chemicals
- Proprietary semi-hydrophilic modified PTFE membranes are available for mixed and strongly oxidative chemistries, delivering performance comparable to leading global competitors
4. UPE Membranes
Made from ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, UPE membranes combine exceptional chemical stability with high mechanical strength.
- Filtration range: 20–100 nm
- Extremely high retention efficiency with minimal particle penetration

Feature-Tec’s Testing & Validation Center, established in 2017 and accredited by CNAS in 2023, operates under CNAS / ISO 17025 and GMP-like quality systems.
