Dry gas filters are used to remove dust and solids from gas phase. Dry gas filters consist of multiple filter cartridges and can be installed in a horizontal or vertical vessel. They are widely used in chemical, petrochemical, refineries and other gas processing plants. Dry Gas Filters can be equipped with quick opening closure for easy removal and replacement of filter elements.
Dry Gas Filters are design in accordance with ASME VIII Div.1

Principle of Operation：
When the gas enters the vessel, the heavier and larger solid particles settle to the bottom of the chamber while the gas will pass through the filter elements which retain lighter and finer solid particles. The gas leaving the vessel is cleaned with no solid contaminant. Dry Gas Filters protect meters, valves, regulators and other important instrumentations.
Separation Efficeincy：
Dry Gas Filters are capable to remove 98~99% of solid particles of 10,5,1,0.5 and 0.3 microns and larger.
Applications：
Dry Gas Filters are widely used in chemical, petrochemical and general industries where removal of unwanted solid contaminants from the gas stream to protect important instrumentation like valve, meters, regulators, gauges, feed gas filtration, discharge lube oil removal, process liquid reclaiming etc.
