The automatic cartridge filter system launched by Shanghai Feature-tec. Co., Ltd. is well suited for high precision applications with moderate content of impurities. Process is shown in the left figure. Fluids enter the filter from outside, while impurities are captured on the outer surface of the filter. When the impurities accumulate to make the system pressure differential rise to the set value, the fluid inlet and outlet valves will close. Then the compressed air enters to remove impurities, and the strainer is regenerated.
