Recently,FEATURE-TEC carried out a series of 5S activity in head office and branch offices,greatly increased production efficiency and on-time delivery performance,well-appreciated by our customers.

5S started in Japan,including Structurise,Systematise,Sanitise,Standardise,Self-discipline,it is an effective management method to control work site,producers,machines,materials,processes and etc.

This activity was chaired by Special Advisor Naito Yoshio,after months of operation,it had made great achievements,it greatly improved our office environment and production environment,made business procedure standard and reasonable.Through safety production,high-efficient operation,lowered the cost,increased the efficiency,improved customer satisfaction.

In the future,we will continue to carry out this strategy,run through our production and management,focus on having visual order, organization, cleanliness and standardization.At the same time,add SAFETY,SAVE,SERVICE,SHIKOKU,do our best to reduce the breakdown,guarantee quality,form the good habit of frugality,lower production cost,improve profitability, efficiency, service and safety.
