The welders were assessed on their knowledge and skills.

In theory, they were assessed on contact point''s quality, welding assessment criteria and techniques required as well as how to prevent poor contact points.

In practice, they were assessed on non-ferrous metals, stainless steel of different thickness and socket welding.

At the end of the examination, the top 3 welders were identified and were given due rewards in their respective departments in recognition of their competencies.
